MWES PTO Membership Form                                               2025-2026
We are so happy you are joining the MWES PTO for the 25-26 school year! We have so many great things in store!  This year, members receive the following benefits to their membership:
-Each paid member will receive an MWES keychain.  This will be your "membership card" and indicate such at activities and events to the admissions attendants.  Members will show the keychain, and be verified as pre-registered, or, will be able to pay pre-registration pricing AT THE DOOR!  
-Members will also be granted early access to volunteer slots for PTO events. Members will have 48 hours to sign up for volunteer slots before the rest of the school community is able to.  
-Members in good standing will be eligible to vote in PTO elections, and budget edits if they should arise.  Please complete this form electronically and pay your $20 Membership Dues via Venmo @MWESPTO with "FAMILY NAME PTO Membership Dues" in the memo or send into school in an envelope marked "PTO Membership" (cash or check made payable to MWES PTO).
