What does it mean to sponsor Howl-o-ween?
Businesses/organizations may register to sponsor a spot on the boardwalk loop for this event. Dress up in your best costume and join us for family fun. Event Sponsors will be responsible for bringing a stash of candy or Halloween novelty toys to share with event participants (approximately 100-150 kids on average), and for decorating a 6' - 10' section of the boardwalk as simply or elaborately as you choose.
Participating businesses/organizations are welcomed and encouraged to bring flyers, information, or swag from their business to share with visitors during the event.
What else do I need to know?
Decorations must be family friendly. This event is geared towards connecting kids 12 and under with the wildlife refuge. Businesses/organizations may set up starting at 10am on Saturday, October 21, must be ready to greet families by 12:45pm, and must have their area cleaned up by 4pm.
