Poetry Competition Entry Form
This is the entry form for Heartbreak's National Poetry Contest for Primary School Children supported by NAPE. The rules are very simple. Please fill in the contact details below and then type in your poem. We are asking for poems in any format written about homelessness. They need to be 800 characters or less, and sent to us no later than February 24th. Your poem can be about your own experiences, your feelings about the issue, or how you think you can help. We will sort the poems into two age brackets, 5-8 and 9-11 and then pick 10 from each category. These 20 short-listed authors will receive a signed copy of David Walliams' newest book, 'The Beast of Buckingham Palace'. We will send those 20 poems onto our guest judge, Dr Sabrina Cohen-Hatton. She is a very impressive woman and we are very lucky to have her helping us. She will choose a winning poem from each age category and present the authors with their prize package: £100 in book tokens, £300 in book tokens for their school, a free family ticket to Heartbreak Productions' performance of 'Mr Stink', and as the cherry on top - their poems will be printed in the tour programme (seen by thousands of people!).

So first thing's first. We need contact information so that we can let you know if you win! We will never contact you about anything other than the poetry contest. We will not keep your information after the poetry contest is over, and we will not share your email address with anyone without your express permission.
