Virtual Lunch-and-Learn with Dr. Arturo Sotomayor

Join us for our next virtual lunch-and-learn to commemorate Hispanic Heritage Month! Dr. Arturo Sotomayor will present Follow the Art: Process Tracing and the Origins of Mexico’s Nuclear Project on Wednesday, January 24 at 12:00 PM.

Arturo C. Sotomayor is professor in the William J. Perry Center for Hemispheric Defense Studies at the National Defense University, in Washington, D.C., and is an affiliate faculty of the Cisneros Hispanic Leadership Institute at George Washington University (GW).  Previously, he held positions at GW, the University of Texas at San Antonio, the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, Tulane University and CIDE in Mexico City. He has written articles and books on international security, peacekeeping, civil-military, nonproliferation, nuclear policy in Latin America, and diversity and inclusion initiatives in security studies.
