MEP is funded by the U.S. Small Business Administration and will assist approximately 50 low-income Arkansas-based entrepreneurs, especially minority and female-owned businesses. MEP helps disadvantaged entrepreneurs seeking assistance with financial management, product and target market identification, and general business and leadership education.
