The Asian Pacific Islander Capitol Association (APICA) is a non-partisan, non-profit organization dedicated to providing networking and professional development resources to its members in the Capitol Community in Sacramento, California. We are committed to engaging and uplifting our AANHPI and SWANA identifying community.

APICA membership is open to all, regardless of party affiliation, ideology, race, or heritage. APICA membership allows you to access all of our incredible events for free!

Membership timeline: October 2025-October 2026 and renews every following year.

Membership payments can be paid on our GiveButter website (accepts Venmo, PayPal, and credit/debit): APICA Membership 2024-2025 (givebutter.com)
