Mutual Aid, quite simply, is the practice of caring for one another. Just as you would pick up your friend when their car broke down, cook a meal for your family, or run to the store for a friend when they’re sick and need cold medicine, by participating you are creating community, building relationships, learning to care for and be cared for. It is an important reminder that we are not alone. We all have something to offer and we all have something we need.

La Ayuda Mutua, simplemente, es la práctica de cuidarnos entre nosotrxs mismxs. Justo como recogería a su amigx si su carro se descompuso, cocinaría para su familia, o iría a la tienda para unx amigx si está enfermx y necesita medicina de resfrío, en participar está creando una comunidad, creando relaciones, aprendiendo como cuidar a lxs demás y que ellxs también le cuidan. Es un recordatorio importante que no estamos solxs. Todxs tenemos algo para ofrecer, y todxs tenemos algo que necesitamos.
