For good and sufficient consideration, I irrevocably grant Vassar College, its representatives, licensees, successors, and assigns ("Vassar"), worldwide rights to reproduce, distribute and display my image, voice, likeness, name, and any other identifying characteristics as part of an audiovisual work, photograph, and sound recording ("Works"), in any media now known or later developed, for the purpose of promoting Vassar. I understand that Vassar is the sole owner of any copyrights in the Works and that I have no ownership interest in the Works by virtue of my appearance in them.

So long as Vassar uses the Works only as described above, I irrevocably release Vassar, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensees, successors, and assigns from any claims of any nature arising from or relating to the use, reproduction, distribution or display of my image, voice, likeness, name, or any other identifying characteristics in the Works (including any claims based on rights of publicity, privacy, false light, libel, or defamation).

I understand that I am not entitled to any additional compensation for the rights granted. This release is governed by New York law, applicable to agreements made and completely performed there.

I am 18 years or older.
