Virtual Gatherings and Webinars Explained
In the months to come we will continue to offer 2 types virtual events.

Virtual Gatherings (~ 60 min.): Peer to peer sharing from multiple organizations' perspectives on a specific topic. During virtual gatherings organizations are encouraged to "take the mic" to share briefly on a specific topic. We started offering Virtual Gatherings as a response to the ever-changing programmatic challenges brought upon by COVID-19. See a list of past SGSO virtual gatherings at

Webinars (~90 min.) : 1 to 3 presenters share their expertise on a more in-depth topic. Webinars are more of a training event and/or serve to provide participants with evidence based best practices through case studies. View past SGSO webinars at

During both events we aim to have questions and answers and at times break out room discussions
