GENIUS Olympiad Franchise Interest Form
Terra Science and Education is the sponsor and owner of the Genius Olympiad.  Terra Science and Education is looking to allow organizations to hold regional Genius Olympiad fairs in their own country or region.  Interested parties will take part in a franchise agreement with Terra Science and Education.  

The Franchisor (Terra Science and Education) has developed methods for establishing, operating, and promoting (“TERRA SCIENCE AND EDUCATION Genius Olympiad Fairs” or “Genius Olympiad Fairs”) using the service mark “GENIUS OLYMPIAD” and related trade names and trademarks (“Marks”) and the Franchisor’s proprietary methods of doing business (the “Licensed Methods”).

The Franchisor grants the right to others (including potentially your organization) to develop and operate a Genius Olympiad Fair, under the Marks and pursuant Licensed Methods which are contained in a franchise agreement we will share with your organization.
