1st Semester-Schedule Review Request Form
Please know that beginning on June 1st schedule changes needed to meet graduation requirements will be considered. Submitting a Schedule Review Request Form does not guarantee a schedule change. All requests will be reviewed and a determination will be made as to whether a change will be granted. Final decisions for schedule changes rest with the school administration. Counselors will be making changes in August and will contact families via email to confirm changes.
