Every April, on the second Friday, digital agency Situation closes their doors early in honor of their former Creative Director, Ian Bennett, who passed away 11 years ago. Ian was one of Situation’s very first employees. Now, every year, they honor him by encouraging their employees to leave at 2 pm to go do something they love with people they love.
