ICB Wayland Youth Group Registration 2025-2026
ASAK! Please fill out this form if you are interested in joining ICB Wayland's Youth Group! We are so excited to see what this year brings, inshaAllah.

You must be in 7th-12th grades and your family must be paying members of ICB Wayland. If you are not a member of ICB Wayland, you can sign up here: https://icbwayland.org/membership.html and pay either the Family Membership fee OR the Single Membership fee. The current dues are for September 1, 2025 - August 31st, 2026.

This form is to be filled by, or on behalf of prospective members of the Youth Group. It is not a substitute for the Annual ICB Family Membership enrollment which parents must complete separately. Youth Group participation does not confer ICB General Body membership privileges to parents. Incomplete or incorrect registration information may affect participation and voting privileges with respect to Youth Group activities and election until corrections are made, and accepted. 

All Youth Group members must provide all required information on a YEARLY BASIS.
