Ribonanza 2 - SHAPE mapping of diverse sequences
We'd like your help in constructing the world's largest RNA SHAPE mapping library. We want a diverse set of sequences from a diverse set of contributors. We're aiming to next test 8 million RNA sequences with lengths of 100 nucleotides or less, and to then push on to 100 million and 1 billion sequences.  If you have some sequences you want to see tested, please fill out this form to request submission access. If you have longer sequences, feel free to submit all 100-nt windows of your sequences. You'll receive an email with a link to a Google Drive folder where you can share your sequences. If you have other data (structure predictions, PDB ID, etc), please provide those as well. Submission conventions will be documented in the Drive folder.

Submissions will be accepted until January 15th, 2024.
