Please note, this is a registration form only. Your place in the class will only be confirmed once payment has been made or a scholarship has been secured. Any registrant who has not completed payment or finalized scholarship arrangements by the first day of class will forfeit their spot to a performer on the waitlist.

We offer all classes on a Pay-What-You-Wish basis to ensure access for every family. Flexible payment plans and scholarships are also available. Details for completing your payment will be provided in the confirmation email.

I hereby grant Verge Theater permission to capture and use the likeness or image of myself and/or my child in print, electronic, video, or other formats. These images may be used or re-used, published or re-published, in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other materials, and in any medium for purposes including but not limited to editorial, promotional, commercial, and fundraising.

I waive any right to inspect or approve the final product or the media in which my or my child's image or likeness may appear. Additionally, I release all claims against Verge Theater regarding copyright ownership and publication, including any entitlement to compensation related to any legal use of these materials.
