Summer Labs at National Sawdust
National Sawdust is pleased to open the call for submissions for Summer Labs 2019. We are seeking Brooklyn-based musicians who are interested in creating new classical, electronic, electroacoustic and/or multidisciplinary works on the National Sawdust stage.

Who: Brooklyn-based artists

What: Five hours in our state-of-the-art venue to develop new 20-40 minute works with technical support, mentorship and support of National Sawdust staff, a performance and Q&A on the National Sawdust stage, and marketing support and a feature on the National Sawdust website. The three winning artist's showcases will also receive consideration for further programming during the NS regular season.

When: Rehearsals and performances will take place September 11 - 19, 2019

PLEASE NOTE: Any projects that require additional time or cannot work within these hours and months should not apply. National Sawdust does not provide any artist fees or housing/travel expenses for the residency period.
