Vendor application: Phinney Friday Food Trucks (a parking lot pop-up)
The Phinney Neighborhood Association (PNA - 6532 Phinney Ave N) is excited to announce a new event: "Food Truck Fridays (a parking lot pop-up)". Over the past several years, we have hosted Seattle Neighborhoods Farmers Market on Friday evenings which was very popular, and neighbors loved to stop by for an easy dinner from the participating food trucks. This year the Farmers Market is closed due to COVID, so we want to offer something in its place. Our neighbors are eager to fill their evenings with good food, friendly conversation and an opportunity to get back to normal. Our community is very supportive of local businesses and we anticipate a good turnout for a parking lot full of delicious food!

The PNA is planning to host 3-4 food trucks in our upper parking lot on 10 consecutive Fridays this summer, 6/25-8/27, 4 pm – 8 pm. We will manage the crowd and create a safe and pleasant environment. Tables and chairs will be provided if allowed by current COVID regulations. We’ll work to curate a good mix of food trucks, promote the event by email, our Review newsletter, Social Media and business partners. Vendors will have a spacious area to park their truck, easy access to public restrooms and dumpsters for garbage, recycling and compost. We expect good attendance based on our location, historical Farmers Market performance and anecdotal knowledge of our community’s interest.

Interested food truck vendors should apply by completing this form. The application will close on April 30, we will notify you of acceptance and scheduled dates no later than May 15.

There is a $10 application fee, which will be applied to your vendor fee if you are accepted. Click below to submit your $10 payment.
