Nelson Maid Realtor Partner Program Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Nelson Maid Realtor Partner Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Eligibility: This program is open to licensed real estate agents who sign up through the Nelson Maid registration form.

  2. Referral Rate: You will earn a 5% commission on the total cost of all booked cleanings referred by you. Referrals must use the unique booking code provided to you upon registration to be eligible for the referral rate.

  3. Discount on Direct Bookings: You will receive a 10% discount on any cleaning services you book directly for your listed properties. The discount will be applied at the time of booking using the unique booking code provided.

  4. Referral Tracking: All referred bookings must use the unique booking code to be tracked and eligible for the referral rate. It is your responsibility to ensure that clients use the correct code when booking.

  5. Payments: Referral payments will be made within 7 days of the completed cleaning service and payment from the client. Payments will be processed and sent via the payment method you provide upon registration.

  6. Promo Codes: After signing up, you will receive your unique promo codes via email. These codes must be used for all referrals and direct bookings to receive the referral rate and discount.

  7. Termination: Nelson Maid reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Realtor Partner Program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, misuse of promo codes, or violation of these terms and conditions.

  8. Modification of Terms: Nelson Maid reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email and will be effective immediately upon posting.

  9. Limitation of Liability: Nelson Maid is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your participation in this program.

By signing up for the Nelson Maid Realtor Partner Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
