1. Terms and Conditions are subject to revision and change by Studio by Raquel Yeo ("the management") without notice. 2. Term calendar is subject to revision and change. Please refer to the studio calendar on https://www.studiobyraquelyeo.com/studio-calendar for the latest update. 3. A registration fee of SGD45 (one-time/non-refundable) for new participants who register for a term package. Registration fee is not applicable for a single class or trial class enrolment. 4. After the management has received your registration form, payment will be advised via WhatsApp. Please note that the completion of the registration form does not confirm your enrolment. 5. Payment must be made before the commencement of a term/class. Full payment must be received to be successfully enrolled in the class. 6. Participant or his/her parent/guardian should inform the management if the participant is unable to attend a lesson. You will also be required to reschedule/cancel the class via the booking system at least 24 hours before the commencement of the class to prevent a class credit from getting deducted from your account. A late rescheduling fee of SGD40 will be incurred to rebook the class. The management reserves the rights to reschedule participant(s) to another available day/time based on the availability of the studio and teaching schedule.

7. Make-up lesson must be scheduled within the same term in which payment applies. Any remaining class credits that have not been used within the same term will be forfeited.

8. Should a participant be absent for 5 or more lessons without prior notification, he/she will be deemed to have withdrawn from the programme and will not be entitled for any refund. 9. Withdrawals before the commencement of a term will be subjected to a 20% admin fee charge of the term fee. Once the term has commenced, no refund will be given for withdrawals. 10. Based on the educator's discretion, any participant who is deemed unwell or unfit for lesson will not be allowed to participate in class to ensure his/her safety and wellbeing.
