KindaKafe is in the process of updating information about the spaces available to hire. We have COVID-Secure meeting spaces available but they may look slightly different to the photographs, descriptions or your previous visits.

We ask for a 50% deposit on all bookings of 4 or more hours or all bookings outside of our regular opening hours. We require 7 days notice for cancellations, if the cancellation is requested with more than 7 days notice the deposit will be refunded. Please include the contact details of who you would like the invoice sent to below.

Please note that our event space and small meeting room are on the first floor of our Grade II listed city centre venue, and the large meeting room is on the second floor. Unfortunately this means that these rooms are not wheel chair accessible and may be difficult for people with mobility issues to reach due to the number of stairs. Please contact staff if you have any concerns over whether or not this would impact your booking.

Full day - £65
Half day (4 hours) - £35
By the hour - £10 per hour

Large meeting room:
Full day - £80
Half day (4 hours) - £45
By the hour - £12.50 per hour

Full day - £125
