Pennies for PAWS Request Form
Thank you for providing your information below to better helps us support you. As Pennies for PAWS is an all volunteer run organization, please do not expect an immediate response. We try our best to make contact within 48 hours of placing the request. Please only submit one form per funding request. For this reason, we are unable to provide immediate funding for emergency vet care and unable to establish a fundraiser for an appointment that is less than 3 business days in the future.
We are unable to assist with emergencies at this time. 
Please contact your local authorities if you have found an injured animal.

Bow Wow Buddies- Grants of up to $1,500 to cover necessary medical treatments for certain conditions and illnesses. We often use social media to generate financial donations to our organization. Can we use your request in our requests for donations? We may use some details about your request, but will never use your name without written permission. *
Terms of Application and Fundraising
If we agree to create a specific fundraiser for your pet's needs, please indicate your agreement to the terms below. Before the fundraiser is established, the applicant will need to indicate their agreement for the specific amount pledged. We cannot guarantee that any additional funds will be raised. If you do not agree to these terms, Pennies for PAWS will not establish a fundraiser on your behalf.

All funds raised through a fundraising campaign established by Pennies for PAWS will be used solely to cover the costs of the agreed-upon bill. If the fundraiser does not conclude before the scheduled appointment date, any funds received after that date may be applied as a reimbursement to the Recipient upon submission of a paid invoice or receipt from the provider listed above.

Pennies for PAWS retains the right to disburse funds directly to the service provider whenever possible.
