This survey is aimed to obtain feedback from various clients of the HNU’s Learning Resource Center. Specifically, the LRC seeks to:
1. identify the primary reasons of the visit to HNU Library;2. determine the awareness, utilization and degree of importance of the library resources, services and facilities;3. determine the level of satisfaction of the library users in terms of Customer Services, Collections and Facilities; and4. recommend activities and services for a better library experience.
