Note: Space is only available on Tuesday, June 11, from 7:00pm to 9:00pm. Applications will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.

Additional information and requirements:
• O'Reilly can provide the room and A/V set-up (projector, mic). No recording services will be provided.
• Your Meetup group will have to order and pay for the food and beverage through the venue (San Jose Convention Center). Contact information can be provided.
• Outside food or beverage not permitted (per regulations set by the venue).
• O'Reilly will try to accommodate room set-up requests as much as possible, based on availability.
• If accepted, please promote the Meetup to your community by adding it to your Meetup page, and through social media and newsletters to ensure good attendance.
