HorseHandler | Serves as the safe person for the horse during class time; Tune up horses with groundwork and groom as needed before classes. Prerequisites: At least 14 years old with some horse experience and attend HorseHandler training.
Herd Care Team | Assists in the TLC of our horses often outside of class time. Reports to Horse Care Team Manager to learn what which horses need attention, ridden, brushed, checked on, fed, etc. Prerequisites: At least 18 years old with horse experience and attend HorseHandler training.

Instructor | Assigned by program leaders based on experience and horsemanship; Guide & facilitate HorseHandlers in their role; Serve as encourager and prayer leader for HorseHandlers. Prerequisites: At least 18 years old with horse experience, attend HorseHandler and Instructor training, and complete the HorsePower Instructor Training Program which include obtaining Natural Lifemanship Certification.
Board Member | HorsePower is looking to grow our Board of Directors. Board members make decisions for to drive the HP mission, attend monthly meetings, attend HorsePower events and fundraising, and other duties as needed.
