Bertelsmann Foundation Film Screening at the New School | Swing State Florida
Swing State Florida, a documentary film in three chapters (The Fields of Immokalee, Liberty City, After Michael) dives into three critical Florida communities that we believe will be influential in swaying the 2020 US election. These are communities used and misused by the political process; they are relied upon for electoral victories, but what do they receive in return?

The Bertelsmann Foundation, Humanity in Action, and the New School cordially invite you to a screening of the documentary Swing State Florida.

Thursday, February 20, 2020 | 6:00 – 8:15 pm  (doors open at 5:30 pm)

The New School Keller Auditorium
66 5th Avenue
New York, NY 10011

The documentary film will be followed by a panel discussion with journalist and producer Soledad O'Brien, New York Times international editor Michael Slackman, The New School professor James Miller, and Bertelsmann Foundation filmmaker Samuel George.

Please RSVP by Tuesday, February 18, 2020. Admission is free and open to the public.
