AWANA Club Interest Form 2019-20
AWANA is a weekly Chrisitan outreach program (club) for kids aged 3-11 years. Our mission is to teach kids how to KNOW, LOVE and SERVE Jesus Christ. Each club night we memorise scripture, sing fun worship songs, play team games, have fellowship and lots of FUN together. We hope to begin this year's club at the end of September/start of October. More details will follow. We still need to recruit quite a few new leaders before we can possibly commit to running Awana this year. Being involved in teaching children God's Word and having fun with them is an exciting and fulfilling way to serve the Lord. If you are interested in helping at AWANA please indicate this on your form and we will get in touch to discuss what's involved, and how to get trained up and ready to serve.

Please indicate your interst in registering your child on this form. This does not guarantee that your child will be given a place in our AWANA program however it will help us to guage club numbers for the year ahead so we can recruit enough leaders, and gather supplies accordingly. It is a good idea to register early as spaces are limited.

Our AWANA club is open to any child in Bahrain, however, as AWANA is being hosted by Saar Fellowship, places will be offered to children belonging to our church body first. Children of leaders will also be given preference, specifically in the case of our Cubbies club (3-4years old) which has very limited spaces. Cubbies aged children must be toilet trained. If your child has any special/learning needs it would be helpful to know of these as they may have an impact on our clubber-to-leader ratio.

If your child is accepted you will recieve an email with a link to the full registration form and details of our club kick-off and timings. Please be patient as this may take some time. Returning clubbers will not need to fill out a new registration form unless your contact details have changed. If we do not have space for your children we will place them on a waiting list and contact you if a space becomes available.

Registration fees (25BD per child annually) will be collected on or before the first club night to secure your child's place. These fees go completely towards the cost of running the club such as purchasing uniforms, books, training etc. Some scholarships are available to families who cannot manage to pay the registration fees.

Please email if you have any further queries or want to discuss anything.
