2025年3月スタートの中学受験または英語保持プログラム（新小学5年生）お申込みフォームです。体験レッスンにご来校いただける2週間程度前からのお申込みをお受けしております。なお、通信コースをご希望の方はこちらの専用フォームからお申し込みください。
This is the application form for the Grade 5 Juken and Non-Juken Program starting in March 2025. We accept applications starting approximately two weeks before the trial date. If you are interested in the following programs, please apply through the form.

対象学年
2025年4月時点で新小学5年生のお子様（2014年4月〜2015年3月生まれ）
Target Grade: New 5th-grade students (Born between April 2014 and March 2015)

体験レッスンをご希望の方は、下記の内容をご確認のうえ、ご記入ください。
  • 体験レッスンの前にオンラインのアセスメントテストを受けていただきます。（英語圏の学校に2年以上在籍し、帰国後半年以内のお子様はアセスメントテスト対象外です。）
  • 体験レッスンは、既存クラスに無料でご参加いただけます。
  • 体験レッスンのフィードバックを踏まえて適切なクラスをご案内いたします。
  • 体験レッスン後、1ヶ月以上先の入塾を希望される場合、改めてレベルチェックが必要になりますので再度体験レッスンにご参加いただきます。2回目以降の体験レッスンは有料 （1レッスン分の受講料）です。
  • 過去に体験レッスン・入塾テストを受けたことがある方は有料となります。

2025年 Compass Learning 国語・算数プログラム
英語だけでなく、国語と算数を含む3教科の対策が可能です。英国算の3教科受講を希望される方は本フォームよりお申し込みいただけます。「Compass Learning を受講する」を選択してください。

体験レッスンの前にオンラインのアセスメントテストを受けていただきます。（英語圏の学校に2年以上在籍し、帰国後半年以内のお子様は、アセスメントテスト対象外です。）
