Greetings vendor! The 2023 Centerville, IN Archway Days Festival will be a 2 day event, beginning Friday, August 25, at 3:00 PM and continuing through 11:00 PM on Saturday, August 26th. As you complete this registration, please read through ALL information carefully. Information in this form will be important for you to know during the festival.
Centerville Archway Days Festival Inc. is working very hard to put on a fun and safe event for 2023. We are adding sanitation stations throughout the event, bringing in more games that allow for better social distancing. We ask that all our vendors follow all the health department guidelines in place at the time of the event. This may include social distancing, wearing a mask, and cleaning and sanitizing surfaces more frequently. This is not only to slow the spread of any disease, but also to instill in the public that our event is safe for them to enjoy.
We had great feed back on our added larger spaces last year and plan to continue utilizing that location. 15'X15' larger spaces are available across the street from the park. These spaces are larger to allow for vehicles to be parked at the space. (Electricity and water is not available for these spaces.) The non-food vendor cost of these spaces is $45.00 for the weekend.
We are offering our traditional spaces in the park. Due to the possibility of social distancing requirements at the time of the event, vendors not requiring water or electricity may be moved to the extra vendor space directly across the street from the park. Food vendors spaces are 10' X 20'. All other vendor spaces in the park are 10' X 10' . The vendor registration fees, per booth space, for the whole event this year are as follows:
Food vendors - $110.00 + $25.00 for water hookup + $30.00 for 220V electric.

Commercial (Direct sales) vendors - $70.00 + $10.00 for 110V electric.
Homemade craft vendors - $45.00 + $10.00 for 110V electric.
Extra vendor space (across street) - $45.00 (Electric and Water not available)
Political Organizations - $70.00 + $10.00 for 110V electric.
Non-Profit/Community Organizations - $20.00 (for 1- 10'X10" space, additional space $30.00 per) + $10.00 for 110V electric.
All "FOR PROFIT FOOD VENDORS" will be required to have a Wayne County Board of Health permit. The cost of this permit is $15.00 per day. You will find a link to the health department's permit further down in this application or on our website.
All vendors MUST register and provide a description of the items or types of items they will be selling. Only one vendor from each direct sales company will be accepted. However there may be multiple food and craft vendors with the same type of merchandise. All vendors MUST be approved by the Archway Days Vendor Committee. The committee reserves the right to refuse any vendor.
Please fill out the registration form below completely. You will receive an email copy of your registration upon submission. This DOES NOT guarantee acceptance. Registration is not approved until you receive an "acceptance" email. This will take a few days.
Registration is not COMPLETE until full payment is received. We accept Cash, Check, Money order or Credit Card via Square.
Note that any payment received by the Centerville Archway Days Festival Committee will be considered finalized. If the vendor is forced to pull out for any reason, no refund will be provided.
