All students currently in the MVIMP program as well as students who would like to join MVIMP in 2022 are required to complete this survey.

Year 3-6 Students can elect to join the instrumental music program and receive small group instruction (up to 5 students) with a highly qualified tutor during school hours. The program includes instruments that can be hired for the year. If you are interested in your child participating in the program in 2021, please complete this survey and submit as soon as possible but no later than Monday 6th December 2021.

Please note:
1. Fees for 2022 are $840.00 including instrument hire or $780.00 with own instrument. Concession Card Holders
- $720.00.
2. Because this is a cost neutral program offered as an optional extra, fees are based on all costs associated with the program such as tutor wages, purchase of new instruments and maintenance of instruments, rehearsals for performances, MVIMP School band (Yr 5/6 only), combined band and associated performances and administration costs.

In addition, ancillary items such as reeds, grease, resin and a music folder may incur an extra cost.
Fees can be paid in four equal instalments each Term or the full amount by the end of February, Term 1.

Parents/carers are required to complete one survey per student.
This survey replaces the preference notes that were distributed in hard copy form in previous years.
