Signatures for Letters to Congress
Your signatures on this form will be attached to a pair of identical letters calling on Congress to ensure that the FY18 budget contains the necessary resources to address and prevent childhood lead poisoning, including:

- Increased funding for HUD's Lead Poisoning Prevention and Healthy Homes Program at $230 million
- Increased funding for CDC's Healthy Homes and Lead Poisoning Prevention Program at $50 million
- Increased funding for EPA's Lead Risk Reduction Program and Lead Categorical Grants at a total of $25 million

Note: While we encourage as many people as possible to sign on as individuals, we will only accept one signature on behalf of each organization, and the signer should be a key decision-maker. Additionally, no one person should sign on as both an organization and an individual; however, signers representing more than one organization may sign once on behalf of each organization. Duplicate signatures will be deleted. We also encourage signers to share or otherwise promote this form with family, co-workers, friends, and partners.

Please sign on to the letters by May 15 to be included.
