Most senior parents help with Project Gradution to see their child's class together one last time. You can help out by chaperoning/working the actual event or helping with clean-up...
Signing up is a three-step process...Step 1 is this form, Step 2 is to go complete the volunteer application via the TransAct AppGarden website linked below, and then for Step 3, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to a SignUp Genius page where you will sign up for a specific shift. PARENT VOLUNTEER CONTRACT
*I pledge that I will not enter the Project Graduation premises under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other intoxicating or hallucinating causing substances. I understand that if I attempt to enter the Project Graduation premises under the influence of these substances I WILL NOT BE ALLOWED to enter. *I understand and agree that upon entry onto the Project Graduation premises I will refrain from using alcohol, tobacco products of any sort, drugs, or any other intoxicating/hallucinating causing substances. If I am found to have used any of these mentioned items while on the premises of the Project Graduation celebration, I will be asked to vacate the Project Graduation premises, and I agree to LEAVE THE PREMISES AND NOT RETURN. *I understand and agree that should I be asked to exit the premises of the Project Graduation celebration, I will not be allowed to re-enter the premises. *I understand that I will check in for my shift 15 minutes early at the gym doors of Weatherford High School. *I agree to follow any and all health and/or safety measures required by Project Graduation, Weatherford High School, and Weatherford ISD.*As a volunteer at Project Graduation, I will have access to students and may hear information from teachers, parents, staff and students and/or view educational records about students while I am volunteering. I will not discuss any of the information with anyone other than those associated with Project Graduation.
