The Franklin City Schools McDade Auditorium is located on the campus of Franklin Junior High School at 750 East 4th St. If you wish to reserve the auditorium, please complete this form. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a calendar invite to the event AND a another form to request additional support such as lighting, sound, etc.

Please note: This form is only to be submitted by FCS teachers, staff, coaches and advisors for events that serve FCS students.
