Important Notes for the 2018-2019 Program
1. The maximum grant fund award will be $150,000 per project OR 80% of eligible cost reimbursement, whichever is lower.
2. Grant award offers may be reduced depending on available funds.
3. Projects must meet a cost-effectiveness threshold as indicated by the CARB Carl Moyer Guidelines.
4. Grant funds will be reimbursed after the company has completely paid or financed the total cost of the project.
5. Grant funds are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis until all funds have been committed.
6. Projects that propose zero emission technologies (electric motor) and/or operate in a low-income community, as defined by California Assembly Bill (AB)1550, will be prioritized for funding. Proof of Existing Engine Usage
Baseline vehicle mileage records covering the previous 24 months showing miles traveled in total and in California (attach copy of vehicle mileage logbook, preventative maintenance records, or other documentation showing odometer readings with dates)
Proof of Compliance
Copy of the TRUCRS Fleet List located on the Vehicle Info tab showing the compliance option each vehicle in the fleet is using
Copy of the TRUCRS General Fleet and Compliance Information Summary showing compliance located on the Compliance Status tab
