2016 New Mexico Market Manager Conference Registration

The 2016 Market Manager Conference will be held March 11 and 12 (Friday and Saturday). To register for the conference, please complete this form and send in your payment for any applicable conference fees by February 26th. YOU MUST REGISTER EVEN IF YOU DO NOT OWE A FEE.

**Attendees registering AFTER Feb 26th will be subject to a $15 late fee.**

8:00 AM to 8:30 AM: Registration for Double Up Food Bucks Workshop participants only

8:30 AM to 12:30 PM: The Double Up Food Bucks Workshop

12:30 PM to 1:30 PM: Lunch for DUFB Workshop attendees

1:30 PM to 2:00 PM: Registration for the Market Manager Conference (DUFB workshop attendees do not need to register again)

2:00 PM to 5:00 PM: Market Manager Conference

(Attendees are invited to join us in the evening for a group dinner; we will make the reservations but dinner is pay-on-your-own.)

ACCOMMODATIONS:

We have a block of rooms available at Best Western Plus Executive Suites, 4630 Pan American Fwy NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109, (505) 830-0900. Make your reservations by March 1st. (Tell them you are with the NMFMA Conference when calling.)

There are a limited number of double queen rooms available on Thursday night (for the DUFB workshop attendees) and Friday night; once the double queen rooms are taken, single king suites with a pull-out sofa bed located in a separate room will be available.

For those traveling over 90 miles to the conference, the NMFMA will pay for lodging for one room per market (housing two market representatives, such as the market manager and a volunteer), or we will only pay for 1/2 of a single room (about $47.00 per night). If you are coming by yourself but still wish to share a room, please email Christina (christina@farmersmarketsnm.org) and she will try to match you with another lone attendee (but please do so early to give the two of you time to connect and make your reservation together).
