Feedback from our 2024 Retreat Day
"Thank
you so much for a truly amazing day. It held, supported, loved
and nourished me in the best way that I so desperately needed. Really
opened my eyes to a lot about where I currently am on my healing journey
and paved a way for some wonderful transformations."
"Superbly planned and run"
"I was more in my body than I’ve been for a while. I feel the changing that I talked about at the end continuing."
"An
amazing experience for me personally. I felt safe, held, treated as
adult, loved and you both showed great skill and awareness for the
well-being of all."
"There’s something magical about
how a group of mostly strangers can connect so well in these gatherings.
I feel like I got to know so many people on a different level than such
a short meeting usually delivers, and I hope to meet up with all of you
again."
"I felt the somatic experience released so much and yet so subtly it happened with an ease and gentleness that surprised me."* * *
