Employment dates are from July 24th until August 6th. Payment will be received by the end of the month.

We are currently offering $11 per hour with a minimum of 8 hours required.  All employees must be able to stand for a 4 hour shift.

What Rhea Lana's is all about and what it means to be on the RLMH team.
At the core of Rhea Lana's Children's Consignment Sales are moms...we are all moms helping moms.  We value high quality and organized events.  We want it to be an enjoyable consigning and shopping experience for all.  It's not easy to put on these sales in the short amount of time that we have.  To be a RL Worker means hard work, punctuality and reliability. It means going above and beyond, taking direction, being kind and taking initiative.  But it also means fun, belonging and the chance to be apart of something greater...something that benefits the community that you live in.  Whether you are assisting mom or dad consignors checking their items in, making the store look pretty, cleaning, tag pulling and writing Big Tickets or assisting with our clean up and donations at the end of the event....your part matters.  It takes all of us to make this the amazing event that it is.  And we hope you choose to spend these two weeks with us.  Please take some time to answer the following questions so we can best discern if this is the right fit for you.

Our staff work towards shopping early and earning a little bit extra, but the main perk is the early shopping times. Working 2 shifts will get you in at 8am on Saturday, July 29th. Working three (3) shifts or more will get you in at 6pm Friday, July 28th. We do ask that one of the three will be a sort shift on Saturday, August 5th. The ticket price for 8am is $50 and will be automatically withheld from your check. The ticket price for Friday night is $75 and will be automatically withheld from your check. Availability and Expectations
We have shifts available from morning till night any day from July 24th through August 6th, 2023.  You will need to work a minimum of 8 hours and up to a total of 40 hours within a 7 day period. You will be offered shifts that work for you based on your availability.  We expect you to show up for any shifts you accept.  If something does come up, you will need to communicate that to Carrie as soon as possible through email or text.

*Kind - We expect you to be kind and respectful to everyone on the Rhea Lana's team, consignors, shoppers and anyone else that you encounter while on the clock.
*Honest - We expect you to be honest.
*Communicate - directly to anyone that you may have an issue with.  Gossip and bad mouthing will not be tolerated.
