If you are applying from outside of Bloomington Schools, you are required to submit additional data:
1. Ability Data: We require results from one the following assessments:Note: The WISC-V results must be administered by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist. Our department can administer a CogAT for a fee of $50. If you prefer, you may obtain testing independently. Pat Geraghty (pjgeraghty12@gmail.com), Bloomington’s former Director of Special Education and licensed psychologist offers the WISC-V (IQ) assessments on behalf of our department at a reduced rate.
2. Achievement Data: Please provide your child's most recent reading and math achievement data from one of the following assessments:
