2018 Shrimpfest Sponsor Information
Dear Shrimpfest Sponsor:

We are #SeadriftStrong and extremely happy that we are able to continue with Shrimpfest this year as we did suffer severe damage to our Bay Front Seawall & pier from Hurricane Harvey. We need your help to make the Shrimpfest successful and brighten up Seadrift.

We would like to thank you in advance for you consideration of a donation to the 38th Annual Shrimpfest. The Seadrift Chamber and the community of Seadrift have the privilege of hosting this event, which will be held at A.D Powers Park on the bay front in Seadrift on Friday, June 15th, 2018 and Saturday, June 16th, 2018.

We are booking South Texas bands to provide entertainment Friday and Saturday nights. We have activities for children as well as adults, vendor's booths and games, horseshoe/washer tournaments, Shrimp Eating Contest, 5K Run/Walk, Golf Cart Scavenger Hunt, 3rd Annual Shrimpfest Open Fishing Tournament and Shrimpfest Pageant. We will begin Friday at 3:00 pm and Saturday at 7:00 am with the ever-popular Kids Fishing Tournament

Super Shrimper Sponsor: $2,500 and above o ONLY 3 SPOTS ARE OPEN.
Your company is mentioned as the host of the event anywhere information is printed and in all announcements. Signboards are displayed naming your company as a host. Can hang 3 unlimited size company banners on event fencing. Your company name will appear on an individual banner at the Event tent. Your company is mentioned in every radio broadcast as an event Partner. Logo posted on Seadrift Chamber website. Partners receive 12 wristbands.

Whiteleg Shrimp Sponsor: $1,000 to $2,499 o Can hang one unlimited size banner on event fencing. Your company name will appear on an individual banner at the Event tent. Logo posted on Seadrift Chamber website. Partners receive 10 wristbands.

Mantis Shrimp Sponsor: $500 to $999 o Can hang up to a 3x3-sized poster on event fencing. Your company name will appear on an individual banner at the Event tent. Logo posted on Seadrift Chamber website. Partners receive 6 wristbands.

Caridea Shrimp Sponsor: $250 to $499 o Can hang up to a 3x3-sized poster on event fencing. Your company name will appear on a consolidated banner displayed at the tournament tent. Logo posted on Seadrift Chamber website. Partners receive 4 wristbands.

Pistol Shrimp Sponsor: $100 to $249 o Can hang up to a 1x1-sized poster on event fencing. Your company name will appear on a consolidated banner displayed at the tournament tent. Logo posted on Seadrift Chamber website. Partners receive 3 wristbands.

If you would like to invest as a sponsor, you may do so online or by mail. Please make checks payable to: Seadrift Chamber of Commerce, P.O. Box 3, Seadrift, TX 77983. Sponsor submissions must be submitted electronically or post-marked by March 30th, 2018 to allow time for ordering the tournament banners, t-shirts, and promotional spots/materials.

By signing below, I authorize the use of my company name and logo by event planners. If I am an individual donor, I authorize my name to be printed, unless anonymity is specifically requested by email to seadriftchambertx@gmail.com. I will provide all written advertising material upon request by event planners. I will provide all banners and signs to be displayed on event fencing and around the grounds by June 13th. I will pick-up banners/signs that are company owned at the event grounds on June 17th between 2pm and 4pm. Your typed name on this form constitutes your legal signature.
