- Category IV: 100,000 - 199,999 Total student enrollment in district - $6,400
- Category V: 200,000 - 299,999 Total student enrollment in district - $7,300
- Category VI: 300,000 - 399,999 Total student enrollment in district - $8,200
- Category VII: 400,000+ Total student enrollment in district - $9,100
