Cancelling
  • We require at least 7 days prior to your renewal date to cancel a plan before your next activation
  • Unless noted, we will set the cancel date for your plan the day before your renewal date. This will allow you to attend any remaining classes before your pass expires. 
Pausing:
  • You can pause your account up to 2 times/year. 
  • We can not retroactively pause your account. The earliest date to pause your account will be the submission date of this form. 
  • You can let us know how long you'd like to pause your plan by selecting the renewal date for activation when filling out this form. 
  • Plans can only be pause for a maximum of 6 months at a time. 
Upgrading & Downgrading:
  • Please give us at least 7 days prior to your next renewal date to make changes to your plan type.
  • Upgrade & Downgrade requests can be set to change at your next billing date.
