Completing Module 1: Running Effective Meetings (16 hrs)
Completing Module 2: Co-Working in a Self-Determined Team (24 hrs)
Obtaining Facilitator Certification (45 hrs)
Completing Module 3: Building Equivalent Organizations (24 hrs)
Completing Module 4: Starting Implementation & Client Agreements (24 hrs)
Participating in mentored Community of Practice groups (10 hrs per year)
Completing Module 5: Leading the Pilot Phase of Implementation (24 hrs)
Completing Module 6 - Leading a Full Organizational Implementation (24 hrs)
Leading two implementations under the supervision of a certified consultant
Completing Module 7 - Making the Implementation Sustainable (24 hrs)
Completing Module 8 - Capstone Workshop & Certification Support (24 hrs)
Preparing a certification report from the 2 mentored implementations
Attending a certification interview with two already certified consultants
