We are pleased to announce the first annual Civic Leadership Awards.

This $2,500 award will be given to (2) two individuals whose community-based work demonstrates the values on which Everyday Democracy was founded – voice, connection, racial equity, and community change.

This form is the first step in the application process. Through this form you will share 1) basic contact information for yourself, 2) basic contact information about your nominee and a short summary of the nominee’s work, and 3) a 500 to 1,000 word essay describing why you think your nominee should receive the award

The next step will be materials provided by the nominee: a supplemental form and three letters of recommendation. These final materials are due by Friday, November 5 at 11:59pm. All materials must be received by this time for a nomination to be considered.
