Application for new ATE representatives
WELCOME to join our ATE Roundtable!
If you would like to be a national representative that represents your country in the Roundtable for Adventure Therapy in Europe, please fill in this form. But before you do so, please read the terms, roles and responsabilities/ membership criteria in our ATE structure document on
http://adventuretherapy.eu/ate-roundtable/
and
http://adventuretherapy.eu/structure/
.
If you apply to become a national representative for your country, be aware of the fact that we are talking about an engagement of two years, starting at the GATE in Germany in 2019 and ending with the GATE in Norway in 2021. Please make sure you are able to attend our Gathering (GATE) in Germany and come one day earlier (book one night extra) to be able to attend the first Roundtable meeting (on Tuesday 23th of July 2019). The second roundtable meeting will be on Friday afternoon so there is no need to stay one day longer.
With this form, we want to get some more information on AT in your country and on your motives for representing. Thank you for taking the time to fill it in!
We assure you that we will get back to you as soon as we can!
