Vendor Application

Applications are subject to approval. No fee required to submit, however a $50 Vendor Fee is due within one week of application approval to secure your space. You will be notified within 2-3 business days of application submission. 

Please make sure all information in this application is complete and accurate in order to streamline the approval process! We will reach out to you if further information is required. 

Important Information to Note:
  • Event will be held INDOORS at our Parkside Lane event space. If requested & while supplies last, we will provide a 6 foot table; however vendors are to supply their own payment source, chairs, etc. *Tables are limited! Please let us know ASAP if you require one*
  • Vendors are responsible for loading / unloading their own booth setup & transporting it to their booth location.
  • Power is not guaranteed. If you require power we will do our best to accommodate you.
  • Booth space will be assigned one week prior to the event & cannot be changed. You may arrive as early as 12pm the day of the market to set up, however you must be completely set up by 5:30pm for a 6pm market open time.
  • In order to prevent an over saturation of a certain vendor category (i.e. baking, floral, jewelry, etc), only a certain number of each category will be accepted per event. We strongly encourage you to still apply again in the future if you are not chosen for this particular market!
  • If needed, each participant is responsible for their own business / personal liability insurance to cover any loss, damage, liability, or injury at Parkside Lane Makers Markets.
  • Permits: Each participant is responsible for holding a valid State seller's permit and / or applicable business license. Participants are also responsible for paying applicable sales / use tax for sales in the City of Phoenix.
  • There will be marketplace staff available & circulating throughout the evening for any issues or concerns. Please contact this number for immediate assistance the day of the event: 602.327.2882
