Note -- It is illegal for management to do the following: threaten people with discipline for striking, push people to resign from the union, or change terms & conditions of work without bargaining. CWA has already filed many Unfair Labor Practice complaints (ULPs) challenging AT&T's illegal conduct, and we need to document all additional ULPs to send to the labor board as they continue their investigation.
