We are excited to have your child at Awana for the 2022/2023 season! Please complete a separate registration form for each child.

Awana starts on September 14, 2022 and continues each Wednesday, September through the end of April. Cubbies 3:30 -5:15 PM FULL
Sparks 3:30 -5:15 PM OR 6:00 - 7:30 PM

Truth & Training 6:00 - 7:30 PM

A detailed schedule will be shared with your family on the first day of club.

Cubbies are preschoolers, aged 3 & 4, potty trained, ready to be away from parents & participate.They attend the two years before they go to Kindergarten. Space is limited. FULL for 2022/2023
Sparks are K - 2nd graders
T & T are 3rd - 6th graders

Fees are outlined below, and are collected the first day of club or at our block party event on 9/7. Checks and cash are accepted. Make checks payable to "Belgrade Alliance Church". Credit card payment may be made through the giving section of the Belgrade Alliance Church website. Select "Awana" from the "give to" drop down list. A small processing fee will apply.

Terms & Conditions

1) I understand that my child will participate in physical activities, during game time and other special events. As with any physical activity there is a risk of injury. I fully accept this risk and hold harmless from any legal liability, Belgrade Alliance Church and any persons involved in the AWANA Clubs ministry.

2) In the event of an emergency that requires professional medical treatment for my child, I understand that every effort will be made to contact me or my emergency contact. However, if I/we cannot be reached, I give permission to the AWANA volunteers to secure the services of a licensed physician to provide the care necessary for my child's well being. I assume responsibility for all costs connected with the treatment.

3) I grant permission for my child to travel to and from AWANA Club events (Belgrade Fall Festival Parade, Christmas Caroling, Bible Quizzing, AWANA Games, etc.) with an adult leader. Any such event will be clearly communicated with me beforehand. Transportation will be provided via church van or leader vehicles. All rivers are required to pass a driving background check.

4) I give permission for my child to be photographed and for said photograph(s) to appear on church bulletin boards slide shows, promotion, web & social media, for Belgrade Alliance Church.

5) Belgrade Alliance Church is taking extra precautions to keep kids safe, as recommended by the County Health Department, I acknowledge there is a risk that my child could be exposed to the COVID-19 virus while attending club.

6) I understand there are fees involved with participation in Awana. For 2022/2023 those fees include:

If these fees are a financial hardship for your family, please discuss your situation with Millie Veltkamp, Christian Education Director at Belgrade Alliance and Awana Ministry Leader. Partial scholarships and/or payment arrangements may be available upon special request. Otherwise, fees are due with registration, or on the first night of Awana.
