Schedule correction deadline for 1st semester: September 4, 2026Schedule changes will be considered on a case by case basis. Schedule changes must be submitted by the 10th day of each semester. Changes made at the start of the semester will not result in a notation on the student transcript.
Per the CRCSD Director of Student Services, the minimum course load expectations are:
9th and 10th - 7 classes each term
11th and 12th grade - 4 classes each term and one term of PE
Reasons for Schedule Changes:
• Missing a required/core class (Math, Science, LA, Social Studies or PE)
• Adding a course to replace a study hall or open block
• Scheduled for an incorrect level of a class (advanced, AP or standard grade level)
• Scheduled for less than required minimum amount of courses (ex. 7 classes required for grades 9/10)
• Request course change based on interest. Change will be dependent on availability of the preferred courses.

STUDENTS ARE EXPECTED TO FOLLOW THEIR SCHEDULE AS IT APPEARS IN INFINITE CAMPUS UNTIL NOTIFIED OF A CHANGE VIA EMAIL OR THROUGH A CHANGE IN THE INFINITE CAMPUS SCHEDULE.
