Crisis Line Volunteer Training Program
Crisis Line is a free service offered by In Touch Community Services - a non-profit, non-governmental organisation geared towards improving the mental health of our community.

Every day, Crisis Line responds to stress-related issues by giving free and confidential phone counselling, community information, and referral services to those in need. Our helpline responders are made up of multicultural and multiracial cadre of volunteers who have gone through a comprehensive training program that helps them give callers the specific help they need.

We are always on the lookout for volunteers to tend to the hotline. Stay tuned for the next schedule offering of training for those that want to help.

PROGRAM DETAILS:

SCHEDULE: (Next scheduled to be announced soon)
Tuesdays and Fridays 9AM - 1PM

VENUE:
Training Room at In Touch Community Services,
2/F Church of the Holy Trinity Parish offices
48 McKinley Rd, Forbes Park, Makati, Metro Manila

NOTE: No lunch provided during training, but there will be coffee, tea, and biscuits.

COURSE FEE: Formerly Php 8,000. NOW ONLY Php 4,000 available on staggered payment basis. (Covers all training materials and a certificate of completion in order to serve as a helpline responder.)
Training coverage is designed to maintain the quality-standard care that we provide through our helplines.

*NOTE: We are pleased to announce that course fee reduction is due to funding received for our Crisis Line training starting 2018. This reduces the training fee by 50% and available on staggered payment basis. A deposit of only Php 1,000 is needed upon registration and remaining balance can be settled before completion of training.
