* Please book individually -- each scheduled appointment is only for one applicant. An appointment confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you provided in the form, as such, please ensure that you provide a valid e-mail address. Please also furnish us with a phone/mobile number as much as possible.
* Slots are limited due to personnel and logistical limitations. If you received an auto-reply with no specific time indicated, that means the appointment slot is full. If a slot opens, you will be notified via email or phone.
* Please avoid making double or multiple bookings. If you did not receive an appointment confirmation, please check your Spam folder or wait for 24 hrs before you try setting another appointment. MULTIPLE BOOKINGS FOR THE SAME APPLICANT MAY RESULT IN THE CANCELLATION OF ALL BOOKINGS.
* Please be at the venue 15-30 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
* Applications filed during the consular outreach will be processed in Berlin and mailed back to the applicant. For non-passport services (i.e. affidavit, civil registry, etc.) please ensure that you submit a self-addressed stamped envelope (amount of €3,95 euros Enschreiben) with your documents.
*For passport renewal applicants, please submit a prepaid courier envelope together with your application.
