The Sunday Post is open the second Sunday of every month April through September from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.

BOOTHS/SPACES
Booth fees are $30 per booth, per month. Booth payment is due in cash the day of the market. Booths are assigned on a first-come first-served basis the day of the market.

PostRock will provide one, six-foot table per booth space and electric is available upon request (first-come first-served). Vendors must provide their own chairs and shade canopies and are expected to be set up and ready for business by 12 p.m. and stay until 3 p.m.

PLEASE FILL OUT THE INFORMATION BELOW SPECIFIC TO YOUR BOOTH. THE THREE CATEGORIES INCLUDE FOOD/PRODUCE VENDORS, ART/CRAFT VENDORS, OTHER VENDORS. ONLY FILL OUT THE INFORMATION APPLICABLE TO YOUR BOOTH.
FOOD/PRODUCE VENDORS
All products must be 100% Oklahoma-grown, raised, produced by the vendor or other Oklahoma source. Vendors may purchase up to 30% of their products from any Oklahoma source for resell on their table. The Farmers Market Coordinator will verify production and acreage through onsite farm visits.

ART/CRAFT VENDORS
Art/craft items consisting of jewelry, clothing, handmade items, hair bows, wall art, home decor, wreaths, landscape and garden, etc. are permitted. Once a vendor has been accepted to participate in the market, any new items not disclosed on their application should be discussed with the market coordinator prior to offering for sale.

OTHER VENDORS
Other vendors such as local gyms, grocery stores, non-profits, churches, school fundraisers, etc. are permitted. Once a vendor has been accepted to participate in the market, any new information not disclosed on their application should be discussed with the market coordinator.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Once your application has been received, we will review for fit into the market. Booths will be assigned in order applications are received and approved.

If you have been accepted in the market, you will receive an email confirmation from us. The email will include basic information about the market, things you will need to bring with you and contact information for your market coordinator. Please do not come to the market until you have received confirmation that you have been accepted.

I understand that I must pay $30 cash the day of the market.

I understand that a vendor who violates the policies or guidelines will be asked to adhere to the rules with a verbal warning. A second violation could result in immediate termination of membership in The Sunday Post for the season.
